    How to Return a Product  
   

Returns can be made provided that conditions below are met:

  
     

The product is in its original state and complete packaging.

Return the item sold by DiabetesSchoolLogBook.com within 30 days of shipment, beyond that, we will not accept any return.

  
       
    We DO NOT PAY for shipping cost for returns.  You send the returns at your own expense. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  (e.g. you received an incorrect product or defective item). We strongly encourage our customers to return the product via mail service with tracking capabilities.

What does it Cost You to Send a Return?


  • 15% of the total cost of the product as a Restocking fee.

  • We DO NOT PAY for shipping cost for returns.  You send the returns at your own expense.
  • Diabetes School Log Book will credit you minus the restocking fee as soon as we receive the return in good condition.

If you would like to order an item from DiabetesSchoolLogBook.com, please note we can currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 3 business days for all orders to be processed by our shipping department.  Once your order has been processed, allow 1 week for Priority Mail and 2-3 weeks for Standard Shipping.  At this time, we do not ship internationally.
